Yes most products that we sell have a 1 year warranty.

Does Redmark offer repairs?

Yes we have a technical department who can provide repairs on products that are out of warranty.

Yes, we do sell medical equipment online.

Do you rent out medical equipment?

No, we don’t currently offer this service.

What if I need a specialized piece of equipment?

Redmark has a large inventory of diverse equipment and supplies. If we don’t currently offer the specific equipment you are looking for our sales team will be able to help source or find alternatives to what you need. Please feel free to contact us if the product you are looking for is not on the site.

Do you do deliveries?

Yes we deliver to all parts of South Africa and aim to deliver your product within 3 – 5 working days.
